These release notes describe the changes, fixes, known issues, and release details that apply to the BIOS for 2Gb HBAs, version 1.52.

The following changes have been made to the BIOS for 2Gb HBAs between versions 1.50 and 1.52.

  • Changed Int13 function 0dh to just return good status.
  • Updated firmware to version 3.03.20.
  • Updated FlasUtil to version 1.32 to restore device_id from NVRAM instead of nv defaults.
  • Added code to display adapter type from NVRAM data when accessing CTRL-Q utility.

The following fixes have been made to the BIOS for 2Gb FC HBAs between versions 1.50 and 1.52.

  • Fixed bug in CTRL-Q utility scanscsi routine corrupting stack.
